The XLNC Suite · Private counsel, access and experiences for families in motion

Capital is moving.Arrive quietly.

Wealth is leaving the old centres for the new harbours of Asia and the Gulf. We design the route, the structure and the compliance, and we open the doors, so your family lands legally, privately and at peace.

Three programmes open now

Indonesia · Saudi Arabia · United Arab Emirates · Bahrain · Hong Kong

I · The tide

Money goes where it is welcome and stays where it is safe.

For a century capital pooled in a handful of cities because that is where the courts, the banks and the talent were. Those cities now carry the heaviest tax, the thickest reporting and the least certainty about next year's rules.

A new set of jurisdictions has built the courts, the banks and the zones on purpose, to receive the families who are leaving. This is not a loophole. It is the largest and most orderly migration of private wealth in modern history, and it is happening in the open, to those who know where to look.

II · The harbours

Five harbours, one coast.

Five jurisdictions that chose to receive. Read them as one coastline: different ports, the same tide, and a route between them that only works in the right order.

  • Indonesia

The largest economy in Southeast Asia is building its financial future deliberately: a new political capital under construction, a regulated rupiah settlement rail (nusantara.finance), a proposed financial corridor in Bandung (BDAZ, as the PFII whitepaper proposes) and farmer-owned food zones (farmsent.io). We are inside these programmes, not reading about them.

    Playbook inside the Corridor Library.

  • Saudi Arabia

A thirty-year invitation. Special economic zones with their own regulatory regimes, a residency programme for investors and talent, and a capital market opening to the world.

    Playbook inside the Corridor Library.

  • United Arab Emirates

One of the most practised receiving jurisdictions on Earth. Free zones with common-law courts, long-term residency, no personal income tax, and banks that understand international families.

    Playbook inside the Corridor Library.

  • Bahrain

The Gulf's quiet operator. A century of banking tradition, a competitive cost base, full foreign ownership in most sectors, and a modern, accessible regulator.

    Playbook inside the Corridor Library.

  • Hong Kong

The gateway that never closed. Territorial taxation, one of the deepest private-banking benches in Asia, and the holding structures the whole region trusts. Our house is domiciled here for that reason.

III · Open now

Three programmes you can walk into this year.

We are not observers of these harbours. We are connected to the ones being built, and these are the doors that are open to members today.

  • Farmsent

    farmsent.io

Farmer-owned food infrastructure across Indonesia: special economic zones for agriculture, traceability from field to buyer, and the BJTF food zone in development. Sim is a co-founder.

    • FarmsentOperatingVerified 2026-10-03
    • BJTFIn developmentVerified 2026-10-03

    Open to members now

    • Private briefings on the programme as it develops.
    • Introductions to the Farmsent team for buyers, suppliers and operators who want to work inside the zones.
    • Accompanied site visits for Concierge and Platinum.
    • Priority in the application queue for business tenancy in the zones as it opens, eligibility and regulation applying.
  • nusantara.finance

    nusantara.finance

A regulated rupiah settlement rail for Indonesia, built so Indonesian value can move on Indonesian infrastructure. Sim is a co-founder.

    • nusantara.financeIn developmentVerified 2026-10-03

Not legal tender; the rupiah is the sole legal tender.

    Open to members now

    • First word as programme phases become public.
    • Introductions for businesses that move value between Indonesia and the Gulf and want to be early users of the rail where regulation permits.
    • A briefing on how the rail fits a family's Indonesian structuring.
  • BDAZ and the PFII corridor

    PFII whitepaper

A proposed financial corridor in Bandung, West Java, anchored on the 1955 Asian-African Conference legacy, linking partner zones across Asia, Africa and the Middle East, as the PFII whitepaper proposes.

    • BDAZProposedVerified 2026-10-03

    Open to members now

    • Private briefings as the proposal advances.
    • First in line for business tenancy, residency and accelerator programmes in the corridor if and when they open, eligibility and regulation applying.
    • The corridor playbook inside the Corridor Library.

Each of these is a programme to participate in through our services. None is an offer of land, equity, currency or any financial interest, none carries a return, and no programme is guaranteed to open on any date. Membership buys the briefing, the introduction, the visit and the place in the queue.

First word on the zones and programmes we are connected to as they become public, and first in line when they open.

This is priority in application queues for business tenancy, residency and participation programmes as they open, subject to each programme's own eligibility and regulation. It is not an allocation of land, equity or currency, not a return, and not a guarantee that any programme opens on any date.

IV · The structure

Compliance is the architecture.

A relocation that works is sequenced. Residency before banking. Entity before residency in some corridors, after it in others. Exit taxes understood before anything moves. Reporting obligations in both the leaving and the arriving jurisdictions mapped on one page.

In the wrong order the same family pays twice and waits a year. In the right order it is quiet, legal and finished. We draw the sequence. Licensed lawyers, accountants and immigration agents in each jurisdiction advise on and sign each step. You keep one point of contact and one plan.

  1. 01

    Map

Where you are, where you could stand, and what each jurisdiction asks of you.

  2. 02

    Sequence

The order of residency, entity, banking and reporting that makes the move hold.

  3. 03

    Structure

Licensed partners draft and sign each step; we keep the plan whole.

  4. 04

    Move

Documents, timelines and arrivals coordinated across every border.

  5. 05

    Maintain

A quarterly review, so the structure stays right as the rules change.

xlnc.vip coordinates. Licensed lawyers, accountants, tax advisers, bankers and immigration agents in each jurisdiction advise and sign. We are not a law firm, not a licensed tax adviser, not licensed to advise on securities or manage assets in Hong Kong or anywhere else, and not an immigration agent. We do not hold client money. No tier includes legal, tax or investment advice; those are engaged from licensed partners, and our fees for coordinating such engagements are quoted separately.

V · The house

We do not publish who we serve.

This is a small house. We take few families, we know each of them, and we say nothing about any of them.

The founder is Sim Khela, the Global Blockchain Business Council's Ambassador for Indonesia, a private-sector body advising governments and multinationals. He is an engineer by training, lives on a seventy-hectare food forest in a Balinese village, and has spent a decade between ministries, family offices and the people who actually build zones, in Indonesia and across the Gulf. Platinum members work with him directly.

VII · The questions

Plainly answered.

What exactly is the membership?

A consulting membership, billed monthly or yearly. It gives you private intelligence on jurisdictions, zones and residency, the Corridor Library, a circle of families making the same move, VIP services and experiences, access to our relationship managers and, at Platinum, to Sim personally. We coordinate the licensed partners who advise and sign in each jurisdiction.

Do you give legal or tax advice?

No. Licensed lawyers, accountants, tax advisers and immigration agents in each jurisdiction do. We find them, brief them, sequence their work and keep it on one plan. Their fees, and ours for coordinating an engagement, are quoted separately.

What does "credited against engagement fees" mean?

Every dollar of membership is credited against the professional fees of any structuring, relocation or zone-entry engagement you later commission through us. Credits never expire. It is a credit against our own fees, nothing more, and it does not depend on the outcome of anything.

Which jurisdictions do you cover?

Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Hong Kong, and the routes between them.

What are the three open programmes and what can I do in them?

Farmsent, nusantara.finance and BDAZ. Depending on the programme and your membership, you can be briefed on it, be introduced to the people running it, visit with us, supply or operate inside it, and apply when its queues open. None of them is an offer of land, equity, currency or any financial interest, none carries a return, and none is promised to open on any date. Membership buys the briefing, the introduction, the visit and the place in the queue.

What is "priority access"?

It means you hear first and stand first. When a programme we are connected to opens a queue for business tenancy, residency or participation, members are told before the public and helped to apply early. Each programme's own eligibility rules and regulation still apply. It is not an allocation of land, equity or currency, not a return, and not a promise that anything opens on a particular date.

What are the experiences?

Private gatherings in Bali and the Gulf, accompanied visits to the zones and introductions at the table. Travel and accommodation are at the member's cost unless we say otherwise.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the billing portal linked in every receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. There are no partial refunds, and the credits you have earned remain yours. The full policy is on the Refunds page.

What will my card statement say?

Your card statement will read XLNC.VIP.

Who is behind this?

XLNC VIP Ltd, a Hong Kong company, founded by Sim Khela. You can read about him in the house chapter above, with links to the public pages that confirm what we say.
